In attendance were notable dignitaries including the District Chief Executive, Hon. Isaac Ofori-Koree, the Chief of Atakora, Donkorkrom, Nana Akuamoah Boateng Tano II, the District Coordinating Director, Mark Addo, the Representative of Ghana Police Service, Representative of NHIS, Assembly member for Baadu Electoral Area, Hon. Sarfo George, Traditional Authorities from Other neighbouring communities, Deputy Manager of Forestry Commission, District Health Director, Representative of GES, Manager of Donkorkrom Ghana Commercial Bank, Chairperson of Local Council of Churches, Head of Ambulance Service, Representatives of Send Ghana, Market Queen, Youth groups and various Heads of Department and staff of the District Assembly. The DCE expressed deep sense of gratitude to all participants for their presence at the Town Hall Meeting despite having busy schedules. He disclosed that, the meeting was organized to come together to engage in open dialogue on 2024 Annual Action Plan and Budget as well as share insights, and collaboratively ideas to address the issues that will shape the shared future of individuals in the District. The proposed 2024 Annual Action Plan and Budget was presented by Mr. John Boateng Ahenkan, a member of the Budget Unit presented the proposed annual action plan and budget to stakeholders and discussions were made on the initiatives and projects outlined in the action plan document and all stakeholders present consented to the use of the discussed annual action plan and budget for the year 2024.
