The overall objective of the training was to refresh the minds of all staff on the Performance Management System and to create a high-performance culture where staff are aware of the need to perform well and behave accordingly in order to meet or exceed expectations. The District Co-ordinating Director Mr. Mark Addo welcomed the participants to the Training and urged members to cooperate towards the success of the training. Facilitation of the programme was undertaken by Mr. Enoch Tetteh Whadje, Assistant Human Resource Manager of this Assembly.
